As you can see, we have ample on site parking which is free and exclusive to Elite members.
Reception & Café
We have a warm and welcoming reception/café area where you will always be met by a friendly member of our team. We serve a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks that include but are not limited to: Fresh Barista coffee, teas, protein shakes, pre workouts, protein bars and cookies. As well as this we stock a range of sports nutrition supplements and branded clothing.
Main Gym Room
At Elite Performance we pride ourselves on providing a gym facility that has been kitted out with some of the best equipment on the market including Cybex, PrimeUSA, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Atlantis, Watson and many more top brands. The facility is split into two separate rooms. Main gym room which contains mostly upper body machines and free weight. And our multi-functional training room that has been filled with a host of various equipment including power racks, concept II rowers, Airdine Assault Bikes, Ski-Ergs, Climbing ropes, boxing area and much more. Basically we have pretty much everything you'll ever need to achieve the goals that you desire and deserve.
